You can check how your Outlook talks to your email provider – this changes some Unipass Mailock functionality and may be helpful to Support.
Click on the ‘File’ tab in Outlook:
Click on Account Settings (a), then Account Settings (b) from the menu:
You’ll see the email accounts you have added to Outlook (typically there will be just one or two). The ‘Type’ column shows how Outlook connects to your email provider, for each account you have set up:
Click ‘Close’ to return to Outlook.
